摘  要:按照《GB/T35954-2018化妆品中10种美白祛斑剂的测定高效液相色谱法》测定十种美白祛斑剂,发现不同材质的针式过滤器滤膜对测定结果有影响。收集了聚醚砜(PES)、尼龙(Nylon)、聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)三种针式过滤器滤膜对测定结果的影响作深入探讨。结果发现:聚醚砜(PES)滤膜、尼龙(Nylon)滤膜对部分美白祛斑剂有一定的吸附,对方法回收率有较大影响。使用聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)滤膜,10种美白祛斑剂都有良好的回收率,满足实验要求,且避免了因针式过滤器选择不当导致的结果不准确情况,具有较好的现实意义。According to the GB/T35954-2018 Determination of 10 Whitening and Freckle Removing Agents in Cosmetics-High Performance Liquid Chromatography,it was found that needle filter membranes of different materials had an impact on the determination results.Three types of needle filter membranes,namely polyethersulfone(PES),nylon(Nylon),and polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE),for in-depth exploration of their impact on the measurement results were collected.The results showed that polyethersulfone(PES)and nylon(Nylon)membranes had a certain adsorption on some whitening and freckle removing agents,which had a significant impact on the recovery rate of the method.Using polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE)filter membrane,all ten whitening and spot removing agents had good recovery rates,meeting experimental requirements,and avoiding inaccurate results caused by improper selection of needle filters,which had good practical significance.
