摘 要:抗生素的生产和使用所导致的环境污染问题变得越来越严重,本研究以四环素(TC)为代表污染物,环境中常见的黏土矿物蒙脱石(MMT)为吸附材料,同时以稻壳溶解态有机质(DOM)修饰MMT,结合扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、傅立叶红外光谱仪(FTIR)、总有机碳测定仪(TOC)等表征方法,研究稻壳溶解态有机质对蒙脱石吸附四环素的影响及机理。实验结果表明,溶液pH值对吸附过程有明显的影响,在酸性(pH=3)和碱性(pH=9)条件下吸附量较大,分别为24.7和17.6 mg/g。不同DOM投加量实验表明,DOM对于MMT吸附TC具有显著的抑制作用。吸附动力学研究表明,MMT、MMT+DOM对TC具有较强的吸附作用,其过程均符合Langmuir和Freundlich等温线。本研究结果为黏土矿物修复抗生素污染方面提供了一定的依据。The environmental pollution caused by the production and use of antibiotics has become increasingly severe.Tetracycline(TC)was selected as the representative pollutant,and montmorillonite(MMT),a common clay mineral in the environment,was used as the adsorbent material.MMT was modified with dissolved organic matter(DOM)from rice husks,and various characterization methods such as scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),and total organic carbon(TOC)analysis were employed to investigate the influence and mechanism of DOM on the adsorption of TC by MMT.The experimental results showed that pH of the solution significantly affected the adsorption process,with greater adsorption observed under acidic(pH=3)and alkaline(pH=9)conditions,with adsorption amounts of 24.7 mg/g and 17.6 mg/g,respectively.Experiments with different DOM dosages demonstrated that DOM had a notable inhibitory effect on the adsorption of TC by MMT.Adsorption kinetics studies indicated that both MMT and MMT+DOM exhibited strong adsorption capacities for TC,with the adsorption processes following Langmuir and Freundlich isotherms.The results of this study provided some basis for the use of clay minerals in the remediation of antibiotic pollution.
