摘 要:某铜冶炼厂渣选矿流程样品有原矿、精矿、浮选尾矿、磁选尾矿四大类,及中间过渡样品数十种,铜含量为0.18%~46.00%,铁含量为20%~50%,常用检测方法为碘量法测高含量铜、原子吸收法测低含量铜、重铬酸钾滴定法测铁,这些化学法存在操作复杂、耗时长的问题。本文采用压片法制样,用化学法定值的样品压片后作为校准样品,通过X射线荧光光谱检测法测定渣选矿流程样品中铜铁含量。通过实验对试样量、压样机工作条件、X荧光光谱仪工作条件、元素及谱线选择等方面进行了分析。得出以下结论:试样量为3 g;压样机压力35 t,保压时间3 0 s, X射线光管电压50 kV,光管电流50 mA,元素选择Kβ1,3谱线,LiF220晶体,准直器0.15,检测时间15 s,并采用三次方程曲线处理铜含量跨度大的问题,可一条曲线检测渣选矿流程所有样品。该方法日常单个样品耗时3~5 min,操作简单,检测结果与化学法接近,精密度及长期稳定性符合要求,可满足铜冶炼厂渣选矿工艺检测要求。The beneficiation process samples of a copper smelting plant slag include four categories of raw ore,concentrate,flotation tailings and magnetic separation tailings,and dozens of intermediate transition samples.The copper content ranges from 0.18%to 46.00%,and the iron content ranges from 20%to 50%.The commonly used detection methods are iodine method for high copper content,atomic absorption method for low copper content,and potassium dichromate titration method for iron content.These chemical methods have the problem of complex operation and long time consumption.The compression method was used to sample,using chemically determined samples as calibration samples.The copper and iron content in the slag beneficiation process samples was determined by X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy detection.The sample weight,working conditions of the prototype,working conditions of the X-ray fluorescence spectrometer and selection of elements and spectrum were analyzed through experiments.Results showed that the sample size was 3 g,the pressure of the prototype was 35 t,the holding time was 30 s,the voltage of the X-ray tube was 50 kV,the current of the X-ray tube was 50 mA,and the element spectrum was Kβ1,3 with LiF220 crystal,collimator was 0.15,detection time was 15 s,and the use of cubic equation curved to deal with the problem of large copper content span which can detect all samples in the slag beneficiation process with the method.This method took 3 to 5 min for a single sample in daily use,and was simple to operate.The detection results were close to those of chemical methods,and the precision and long-term stability met the requirements.It can meet the detection requirements of copper smelting plant slag beneficiation process.
