摘  要:镍铁渣是一种镍铁合金冶炼过程中排放的工业固体废渣,其排放量逐年激增,处理方式为堆置和填埋,综合利用率却仅为10%左右。另外,含砷废渣的大量简易堆放也对生态环境和人类健康存在着严重的威胁。通过分析镍铁渣的理化性质、资源化利用现状,提出了采用镍铁渣复合碱激发材料制备高效胶凝材料,并将其对含砷废渣进行固化处置,以期对含砷废渣的有效固化处置提供新思路。同时,解决了各种工业废渣堆存困难,综合利用低等问题,实现“以废治废”。Ferronickel slag is a kind of industrial solid waste slag emitted during the smelting process of nickel-iron alloy,and its emissions have increased year by year.The treatment method is piles and landfills,but the comprehensive utilization rate is only about 10%.In addition,the simple stacking of arsenic-containing waste residue also poses a serious threat to the ecological environment and human health.By analyzing the physical and chemical properties,comprehensive utilization status of nickel-iron slag,the preparation of high-efficiency cementitious materials by using nickel-iron slag composite alkali-excited materials was proposed.The arsenic-containing residue was solidified and disposed,in order to provide new ideas for the effective solidification and disposal of arsenic-containing residue.At the same time,it solved the problems of various industrial waste residue storage difficulties and low comprehensive utilization,and realized“waste control”.
