摘 要:石油化工业是我国重要的工业之一,石油化工给国家带来了经济效益,给人们的生活带来了许多方便,影响着人们生活生产的每一个环节,因此石油化工的设计、施工和安全问题显得尤为重要。石油化工工程设计过程中的输入条件很少是固定不变的,这直接导致了石油化工工程设计总是动态的,反复的。随着化工三维软件的逐渐普及,大大提高石油化工工程设计的效率,减少了许多现场问题。但除了管道专业,其他专业目前工作的重心平台不在三维软件上,往往很容易忽视三维协同设计的重要性。文章通过总结近几年在现场当设计代表时遇到的问题,探讨石油化工工程中各专业三维协同设计的重要性。The petrochemical industry is one of the important industries in China.Petrochemical industry has brought economic benefits to the country,brought many conveniences to people s lives,and affected every aspect of people s life and production.Therefore,the design,construction,and safety issues of petrochemical industry are particularly important.The input conditions in the process of petrochemical engineering design are rarely fixed,which directly leads to the dynamic and repeated design of petrochemical engineering.With the gradual popularization of chemical 3D software,the efficiency of petrochemical engineering design has been greatly improved and many on-site problems have been reduced.However,in addition to the pipeline major,the current focus of other majors is not on three-dimensional software,and it is often easy to ignore the importance of three-dimensional collaborative design.The importance of 3D collaborative design for various specialties in petrochemical engineering was discussed by summarizing the problems encountered in recent years.
