摘  要:近年来,新疆油田滴西、中佳等区块采用水平井裸眼分段压裂完井工艺开发,在完井过程中需替入无固相完井液作为油气层保护液,受区块储层地层压力影响,无固相完井液密度要达到1.40~1.50 g/cm^(3)方可满足作业需求。目前,主要采用与地层水配伍性较好CaCl 2清洁无固相完井液,最高密度为1.40 g/cm^(3)饱和无固相完井液,该饱和无固相完井液无法满足新疆油田滴西、中佳等区块冬季作业安全施工要求,在低温下易结晶、可泵性差、密度降低,存在一定井控风险,给冬季完井安全施工造成很大的困难;通过室内试验综合评价,优选出了一种耐低温高密度的清洁复合盐水无固相完井液体系,该体系密度可配置到1.5 g/cm^(3)以上,在低温-25℃环境下无结晶、流动性好,与储层配伍性好,抗冻凝及抗污能力强,对储层无污染,完全满足新疆油田滴西、中佳等区块冬季及极寒天气完井安全施工作业。In recent years,the development of horizontal well open hole staged fracturing completion technology in blocks such as Dixi and Zhongjia in Xinjiang Oilfield,during the completion process,solid-free completion fluid needs to be replaced as the reservoir protection fluid.Affected by the formation pressure of the block reservoir,the density of solid-free completion fluid must reach 1.40~1.50 g/cm^(3) to meet the operational requirements.Currently,CaCl 2 clean solid-free completion fluid with good compatibility with formation water is mainly used.The highest density is 1.40 g/cm^(3) saturated solid-free completion fluid,this saturated solid-free completion fluid cannot meet the safety construction requirements for winter operations in blocks such as Dixi and Zhongjia in Xinjiang Oilfield,easy to crystallize at low temperatures,poor pumpability and reduced density.There is a certain risk of well control,causing great difficulties in the safe construction of winter well completion.Through comprehensive evaluation through indoor experiments,a low-temperature resistant and high-density clean composite salt water solid-free completion fluid system was optimized.The density of this system can be configured to be above 1.5 g/cm^(3),with no crystallization and good flowability in low temperature-25℃environment,good compatibility with reservoirs,strong anti freezing and anti fouling capabilities,no pollution to the reservoir,can fully meet the safety construction requirements for winter and extremely cold weather completion operations in blocks such as Dixi and Zhongjia in Xinjiang Oilfield.
