摘 要:热解技术是处理海上钻井平台含油钻屑的有效途径,而含油钻屑热解适宜的工艺条件与产物处理方式尚不清晰,工程化应用受限。通过热重分析仪与管式炉实验平台分别开展含油钻屑热解特性与产物资源化利用研究。结果表明:含油钻屑热解过程主要包括水分干燥(40~130℃)、轻质油挥发(130~510℃)和重质油分解(580~800℃)三个阶段。温度对含油钻屑热解特性具有显著的影响效果,失重量随热解温度升高逐渐增大,恒温时间的影响效果较小;热解温度大于400℃,含油钻屑热解固相产物含油量<1%,可直接排海;液体产物可用于油基钻井液基油;气相产物可作为燃气直接燃烧二次利用。热解温度为500℃,恒温时间为10 min是含油钻屑处理较为适宜的工艺条件。Pyrolysis technology is an effective way to treat oil-bearing drill cuttings from offshore drilling platforms,but the suitable process conditions and product treatment of oil-bearing drill cuttings pyrolysis are still unclear and the engineering application is limited.The study on the pyrolysis characteristics of oil-bearing drill cuttings and the resource utilization of the products was carried out by a thermogravimetric analyzer and a tube furnace experimental platform respectively.The results showed that the pyrolysis process of oily drilling cuttings mainly included three stages:moisture drying(from 40 to 130℃),light oil volatilization(from 130 to 510℃)and heavy oil decomposition(from 580 to 800℃).Temperature had a significant effect on the pyrolysis characteristics of oil-bearing drill chips,and the weight loss gradually increased with the increase of pyrolysis temperature,and the effect of remain temperature time was weak.When the pyrolysis temperature was greater than 400℃,the oil content of solid phase products was less than 1%,it can be directly discharged to the sea.The liquid products can be used as oil-based drilling fluid base oil.The gas phase products can be directly burned as gas for secondary use.The pyrolysis temperature of 500℃and remain time of 10 min were the more suitable process conditions for the treatment of oil-bearing drill cuttings.
