摘  要:为了适应新时代发展的需求并提高学生的综合能力,本文设计了一个新的综合化学实验。该实验是采用电化学方法对过氧化氢进行定量分析。卟啉与离子液体混合生成卟啉-离子液体聚集体(FePor-IL),将其修饰在电极上,利用卟啉的仿生催化作用,实现对过氧化氢含量的准确测定。该实验不仅可以提高学生的思考、查阅文献、处理数据的能力,更重要的是培养学生严谨的科学态度和分析问题、解决问题以及创新的能力,这种方法为培养综合性创新人才奠定了基础。In order to meet the needs of the development of the new era and improve the comprehensive ability of students,a new comprehensive chemistry experiment was designed.In this experiment,porphyrins were mixed with ionic liquid to form porphyrin-ionic liquid aggregates(FePor-IL)which had excellent electrical conductivity and electrocatalytic activity toward hydrogen peroxide,and then the electrode was dropped on to detect hydrogen peroxide.This experiment could not only improve students cognitive skills such as critical thinking,literature review and data processing,but also foster a rigorous scientific attitude.It empowered students with the ability to analyze and solve complex problems and foster innovation.This method laid the foundation for training comprehensive innovative talents.
