摘  要:在剖析8-羟基喹啉常见合成方法优缺点的基础上,综合考虑实验条件及反应效率,结合基础性和综合性研究两方面的教学要求,选择Skraup环化合成法和超强酸催化法合成了8-羟基喹啉,采用水蒸气蒸馏或柱色谱分离技术对产物进行纯化,以较高产率获得了产物。上述改革拓展了教学内容,改进了教学方式,加强了实验教学与科学研究、生产实际的结合,夯实了学生的理论知识,提升了实验技能,开阔了知识视野,培养了科学思维,提高了创新能力。On the basis of analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the popular synthetic protocols of 8-hydroxyquinoline,considering the experimental conditions and reaction efficiency comprehensively,combined with the teaching requirements of basic and comprehensive research,8-hydroxyquinoline was prepared by the method of Skraup cyclization reaction and superacid catalyzed reaction.The coarse product was purified by steam distillation or column chromatography,then the product was achieved with high yield.On the one hand,the reform above mentioned expanded the teaching content,improved the teaching method,strengthened the combination of teaching experiment with scientific research and production practice.On the other hand,this reform consolidated theoretical knowledge of undergraduate students,enhanced their experimental skills,broadened their knowledge horizons,cultivated their scientific thinking,and boosted their innovation ability.
