摘  要:针对致密气藏部分气井井筒堵塞,导致产量下降的问题,开展了水质分析和堵塞物成分分析,并开发和评价一种适应该区块的解堵剂。产品室内评价结果表明:配伍性良好;能有效溶解储层堵塞物;不同温度下该产品16 h对堵塞物溶解率可达到80%以上,对管柱腐蚀低,符合行业一级要求指标;具有较强的螯合成垢离子能力。解堵剂现场应用良好,解除了井筒堵塞,平均单井日产气量提高了0.73万方/天。In view of the problem that some gas Wells in tight gas reservoirs,which leads to the decline of production,the water quality analysis and the composition analysis of the blockage are carried out,and a kind of plugging agent suitable for this block is developed and evaluated.The results of indoor evaluation show that:good compatibility;Can effectively dissolve reservoir plugging;Under different temperatures,the dissolution rate of the plugging material in 16 h can reach more than 80%,and the corrosion of the pipe string is low,which meets the industry level 1 requirements.It has strong chelating ability to synthesize scale ions.The plugging agent was well applied to the field and the blockage was removed,increasing the average daily gas production per well by 7,300 m^(3)/d.
