摘 要:硫铁矿是自然界储量较为丰富的一种矿物,本文对全国主要硫铁矿产区的22种硫铁矿样品进行了除磷试验,并研究了不同溶解氧条件和微生物浓度条件下硫铁矿脱氮除磷的效果。结果表明,硫铁矿除磷能力与其全铁含量具有较高的正相关关系,铁含量>35%可作为硫铁矿用于脱氮除磷工艺的质量控制参数;硫铁矿对总磷的去除不受微生物的影响,但高溶解氧条件下能促进对总磷的去除;接种微生物能够显著促进硫铁矿对总氮的去除,且低溶解氧条件下脱氮效果显著提高。Pyrite is a mineral with relatively abundant reserves in nature.This article conducted phosphorus removal experiments on 22 types of pyrite samples from major sulfur iron mineral areas in China,and studied the denitrification and phosphorus removal effects of pyrite under different dissolved oxygen conditions and microbial concentrations.The results show that there is a high positive correlation between the phosphorus removal ability of pyrite and its total iron content,Iron content>35%can be used as a quality control parameter for pyrite used in denitrification and phosphorus removal processes;The removal of total phosphorus by pyrite is not affected by microorganisms,but under high dissolved oxygen conditions,it can promote the removal of total phosphorus;Inoculating microorganisms can significantly promote the removal of total nitrogen by pyrite,and the denitrification effect is significantly improved under low dissolved oxygen conditions.
