摘 要:作为重要的战略资源之一,稀土有“工业味精”的美誉。但开采过程残留的低浓度稀土离子,若不处理不仅浪费稀土资源,还可能造成环境污染。本文以含铽(Tb)和镝(Dy)废水为研究对象,探讨蛭石(Ve)对含铽(Tb)和镝(Dy)模拟废水的吸附特性。结果表明:随着反应时间的延长,模拟废水中稀土离子的吸附去除率先快速上升再缓慢上升,且蛭石(Ve)对模拟含铽(Tb)废水的吸附去除率高于对含镝(Dy)废水的吸附去除率。随着溶液pH值的增加,蛭石(Ve)对模拟废水中铽(Tb)和镝(Dy)的吸附去除率上升。溶液p H值较低条件下蛭石(Ve)吸附剂表面受到质子化作用,在蛭石(Ve)表面溶液中稀土离子与氢离子有一定竞争作用,从而导致含铽(Tb)和含镝(Dy)两种稀土离子吸附去除率有所降低。随着反应温度的升高,蛭石(Ve)对模拟废水中铽(Tb)和镝(Dy)的吸附去除率降低,表明蛭石(Ve)对模拟废水中铽(Tb)和镝(Dy)的吸附过程是放热反应。As one of the important strategic resources,rare earth has the reputation of“industrial MSG”.However,the low-concentration rare earth ions remaining in the mining process,if not treated,not only waste rare earth resources,but also may cause environmental pollution.The adsorption properties of vermiculite(Ve)on simulated wastewater containing terbium(Tb)and dysprosium(Dy)were studied in this paper.The results show that with the prolongation of the reaction time,the removal rate of rare earth ions in simulated wastewater increases rapidly first and then slowly,and the removal rate of vermiculite(Ve)on simulated wastewater containing terbium(Tb)is higher than that of dysprosium-containing wastewater.The adsorption removal rates of terbium(Tb)and dysprosium(Dy)in simulated wastewater increased with the increase of pH value of the solution.At low pH value,the surface of vermiculite(Ve)adsorbent is protonated,and there is competition between rare earth ions and hydrogen ions in vermiculite(Ve)surface solution.As a result,the adsorption removal efficiency of terbium(Tb)and dysprosium-containing rare earth ions decreases.With the increase of reaction temperature,the adsorption removal rates of terbium(Tb)and dysprosium(Dy)in simulated wastewater decreased,indicating that the adsorption process of vermiculite(Ve)on terbium(Tb)and dysprosium(Dy)in simulated wastewater was exothermic.
