摘 要:在高温高湿条件下,在传统的PBT无卤阻燃增强体系中,由于无卤阻燃剂整体呈酸性,PBT树脂会发生较严重的水解反应,分子链断链分解,材料的拉伸强度、弯曲强度和缺口冲击强度等力学性能老化速度快,影响产品的性能稳定性,阻碍耐湿热老化实际应用场景的使用。本文对PBT无卤阻燃体系进行优化,使用抗水解剂和抗水解玻纤提高材料耐湿热能力,调控无卤阻燃剂用量降低水解反应,两种策略协同作用大幅度提升了无卤阻燃增强PBT的耐湿热老化性能,1000小时双85湿热老化后,拉伸强度保持率从58.1%提升至86.3%,弯曲强度保持率从66.8%提升至84.4%,缺口冲击强度保持率从57.1%提升至74.2%。Under high temperature and high humidity conditions,the PBT resin will have a serious hydrolysis reaction with molecular chain break decomposition in the traditional halogen-free flame-retardant reinforced system for the acidic halogen-free flame retardants.The mechanical properties such as tensile strength,flexural strength and izod notched impact strength of the material are aging fast,which affects the performance stability of the product and hinders the use of the practical application scenario of heat-dampness aging.In this work,the PBT halogen-free flame-retardant system is optimized.Anti-hydrolysis agent and anti-hydrolysis glass fiber are used to improve the moisture and heat resistance of materials,and the amount of halogen-free flame retardant is regulated to reduce the hydrolysis reaction.The synergistic effect of the two strategies greatly improves the moisture and heat aging resistance of halogen-free flame-retardant reinforced PBT.Tensile strength retention rate increased from 58.1%to 86.3%,flexural strength retention rate increased from 66.8%to 84.4%,izod notched impact strength retention rate increased from 57.1%to 74.2%.
