摘  要:采用国产EXPEC3500B便携式气相色谱质谱联用仪,建立了测定环境空气中45种臭氧前体物的检测方法。45种化合物分离良好且能准确定性,在2 nmol/mol~50 nmol/mol浓度范围内线性良好,相关系数均大于0.990。目标化合物的方法检出限为0.20 nmol/mol~1.23 nmol/mol,标准偏差RSD为1.02%~14.05%(n=6),平均加标回收率为73%~106%。实际样品测定和比对结果表明,该方法分析速度快、灵敏度高、具有良好的精密度和准确度,操作简便,适用于环境空气中45种臭氧前体物的测定。Adetection method for the determination of 45 PAMS in ambient air was established by using domestic portable GC-MS.The45compounds were separated and determined well,and had a good linear relationship in the range of 2 nmol/mol~50 nmol/mol,the correlation coefficients were all more than 0.990,the detection limit of each component was 0.20 to 1.23 nmol/mol,and the relative standard deviation(RSD)were1.02%~14.05%(n=6),a recovery range of 73.0%~106%was obtained in ambient air samples.Through determinationand comparison of the actual sample,the results shows that this method has the advantages of short detection time,high sensitivity,good precision and accuracy,simplicity,which is applicable to the on-site analysis of the 45 PAMS in ambient air.
