膜芬顿技术用于某化工综合污水处理厂的提标扩建工程实践

摘  要:山东某化工综合污水处理厂原设计规模1×10^(4) m^(3)/d,其中化工废水处理采用芬顿+水解酸化+MP-MBR工艺,出水水质执行《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918-2002)一级A标准。现需提标至地表水环境质量标准准Ⅳ类水并扩容至2×10^(4) m^(3)/d,针对化工废水水质成分复杂、污染物含量高、有毒有害物质多、难生物降解物质多、色度高、碱度高等特点,采用“前芬顿+水解酸化+两级A/O+膜芬顿+活性炭”组合工艺进行扩容提标,运行结果表明,膜芬顿保障了深度处理工艺运行稳定可靠,总出水化学需氧量(COD)、氨氮(NH_(4)^(+)-N)、总氮(TN)、总磷(TP)分别达到19.05 mg/L、0.45 mg/L、5.24 mg/L、0.13 mg/L,可稳定达到地表水环境质量标准准Ⅳ类标准,吨水运行成本约8.64元/吨水。An integrated chemical wastewater treatment plant in Shandong Province with the capacity of 10,000 m^(3)/d was originally designed to meet the Class 1A standard of Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant(GB18918-2002)while the chemical wastewater being treated by“Fenton+hydrolysis acidification+MP-MBR”processes.It is required to upgrade to comply with more stringent Environmental Quality Standards for Surface Water(GB3838-2002)Grade quasi-Ⅳwater quality standards and expand capacity to 2×10^(4) m^(3)/d.In view of the characteristics of chemical wastewater such as complex composition,high strength pollutants,toxic and harmful ingredients,refractory non-biodegradable substances,much high color and high excessive alkalinity,the combined processes of“pre-Fenton+hydrolytic acidification+two-stage A/O+membrane Fenton+activated carbon”is adopted.The operation results shows that the membrane Fenton process played a pivot role to achieve reliable and stable performance.The final effluent COD,NH_(4)^(+)-N,TN,TP could reduce to 19.05,0.45,5.24,0.13 mg/L respectively.Which could consistently meet the Environmental Quality Standards for Surface Water Standard quasi-Class IV.The operating cost is about 8.64 yuan/m^(3).
