摘　　要：目的:测定黎川县艾叶不同采收期间挥发油含量,比较其中指标性成分桉油精和龙脑的含量,为质量控制、全面开发利用艾叶提供基础。方法:采用20版药典中挥发油提取方式中的甲法,分别提取5月至10月不同采收期的艾叶挥发油,利用GC8890气相色谱分析仪,程序升温的方式,载气为五个9的高纯N2,分流进样,分流比例为10∶1。结果:每个时期的黎川县艾叶挥发油含量都不同,最高为1.26%(6月份),最低为0.71%(5月份);所有挥发油样品中都含有桉油精和龙脑,桉油精和龙脑的浓度分别在0.1 mg·mL^(-1)~1.4 mg·mL^(-1)和0.01 mg·mL^(-1)~0.3 mg·mL^(-1)范围内与对应的测定值线性关系良好,相关系数r也都在0.999以上;桉油精和龙脑的平均加样回收率和相对标准偏差(n=6)分别为93.00%、98.30%和1.67%、1.15%。桉油精和龙脑含量在6月份最高分别为1.5 mg·g^(-1)、0.7 mg·g^(-1)、10月份最低分别为0.8 mg·g^(-1)、0.2 mg·g^(-1)。结论:艾叶中挥发油含量及桉油精、龙脑含量最高均为6月,是艾叶的最佳采收期。Objective:The content of volatile oil in artemisia argyi of Lichuan county during different period was determined,and the contents of the index components of eucalyptol and borneol were compared,which offered the basis for quality control and comprehensive exploitation of artemisia argyi.Methods:The volatile oil of artemsia argyi in different harvesting periods from May to October was extracted by method A of the 20 edition of the pharmacopoeia.GC8890 gas chromatography analyzer was used to program temperature rise.The carrier gas was five 9 high-purity N2,split sampling,and the flow ratio was 10∶1.Results:The volatile oil content of artemisia argyi in Lichuan country was different in each period,the highest was 1.26%(June),the lowest was 0.71%(May);All volatile oil samples contained eucalyptol and borneol,The concentrations of eucalyptol and borneol were in the range of 0.1 mg·mL^(-1)~1.4 mg·mL^(-1) and 0.01-0.3 mg·mL^(-1),respectively,and had a good linear relationship with the corresponding measured values,and the correlation coefficient r was above 0.999.The average recoveries and relative standard deviations(n=6)of eucalyptol and borneol were 93.00%,98.30%and 1.67%,1.15%.The maximum contents of eucalyptol and borneol in June were 1.5 mg·g^(-1) and 0.7 mg·g^(-1),and the minimum contents were 0.8 mg·g^(-1) and 0.2 mg·g^(-1) in October.Conclusion:The content of volatile oil,eucalyptol and borneol in artemisia argyi is the maximum in June,which is the best time to harvest artemisia argyi.
