摘  要:本文用干枯的荷叶为原料,通过低温脱水、高温碳化及活化等工艺获得化学稳定高、导电性好、高比表面积的荷叶基生物质活性炭,然后通过水热法制备出一系列新型荷叶基活性炭-氧化铋纳米复合材料。采用电化学方法研究了荷叶基活性炭的活化温度和溶剂热反应温度对新型荷叶基活性炭-氧化铋纳米复合材料构筑的超级电容器赝电容行为的影响规律。研究结果表明新型荷叶基活性炭-氧化铋纳米复合材料的质量比电容随着荷叶基活性炭的活化温度的增加而先快速增大而后略微减小,在荷叶基活性炭的活化温度为600摄氏度时制备的荷叶基活性炭-氧化铋纳米复合材料的赝电容性能最优,其质量比电容为340.6 F·g^(-1)(电压扫描速率为5 mV·s^(-1));新型荷叶基活性炭-氧化铋纳米复合材料的质量比电容随着溶剂热反应温度的增加而先增大而后减小,在溶剂热反应温度为170摄氏度时制备的荷叶基活性炭-氧化铋纳米复合材料的赝电容性能最优,其质量比电容为536.3 F·g^(-1)(电流密度为1 A·g^(-1))。In this paper,dried lotus leaves were used as raw materials,and lotus leaf-based biomass active carbon with high chemical stability,good conductivity and high specific surface area was obtained through low temperature dehydration,high temperature carbonization and activation.Then a series of new lotus leaf-based active carbon-bismuth oxide nanocomposites were prepared by hydrothermal method.The effects of activation temperature of lotus leaf activated carbon and solvothermal reaction temperature on the behavior of the pseudapacitor of a new supercapacitor composed of lotus leaf activated carbon-bismuth oxide nanocomposite were studied by electrochemical method.The results show that the mass specific capacitance of the novel lotus leaf-based activated carbon-bismuth oxide nanocomposite increased rapidly firstly and then decreases slightly with the increase of the activation temperature of lotus leaf-based activated carbon-bismuth oxide nanocomposite.The pseudocapacitive performance of nanocomposite was the best when the activation temperature of lotus leaf-based activated carbon was 600 degrees Celsius,which mass specific capacitance was 340.6 F·g^(-1)(voltage scan rate was 5 mV·s^(-1));The mass specific capacitance of nanocomposites increased firstly and then decreases with the increase of the solvothermal reaction temperature.The pseudo capacitance of the lotus leaf active carbon-bismuth oxide nanocomposites prepared at the solvothermal reaction temperature of 170 degrees Celsius was the best,which mass specific capacitance is 536.3 F·g^(-1)(current density is 1 A·g^(-1)).
