摘 要:近年来随着环保法规的日益完善,各类企业基本建立了与自身业务配套的环保设施,废物资源化、减量化是大势所趋,企业委外处理的废水大多呈现出高盐分、高有机含量的特点。第三方危废处理企业需提升自身的技术水平,才能克服废水业务数量少、种类多、成分复杂等难点。高盐废水成分复杂,采用膜浓缩、絮凝沉淀、压滤等物理化学处理方法,只能脱除部分可沉淀无机盐和少部分有机废物,无法彻底处理高盐废水。蒸发是危废企业处理高盐废水的常用工艺,本文对某危废企业三效蒸发装置的技术改造过程进行了阐述,与MVR蒸发相比,三效蒸发在处理高沸点物料时更具有优势。In recent years,with the increasing improvement of environmental protection regulations,various enterprises have more and more perfect environmental protection facilities,and the wastewater they outsourced presents the characteristics of high salt and high organic content.Third-party hazardous waste treatment enterprises need to improve need to improve their technology to overcome the difficulties such as the small number,various types and complex composition of wastewater business.The composition of high-salt wastewater is complex,physicochemical treatment methods such as the membrane concentration,flocculation sedimentation and pressure filtration can only remove some precipitable inorganic salts and a small amount of organic wastes,it can not be thoroughly treated.Evaporation is a common process for high salt wastewater treatment in hazardous waste disposal enterprises,this article describes in detail the technical transformation of the triple-effect evaporation system in a hazardous waste enterprise.Compared with MVR evaporation,triple effect evaporation has more advantages in treating high boiling point wastewater.
