摘  要:制鞋行业产生的VOCs成分复杂且污染范围广,但目前该行业VOCs处理工艺仍处于落后阶段,因此已成为VOCs污染整治提升的重点行业。通过其他行业相对成熟的VOCs废气治理工艺的分析对比,提出“固定床吸附浓缩+催化燃烧”“沸石转轮吸附浓缩+催化燃烧”“沸石转轮吸附浓缩+RTO”3种工艺作为参考,其中以催化燃烧为组合的工艺在安全性和经济性上具有一定的优势和研究前景,有望成为新一代制鞋行业VOCs处理的主流工艺。The VOCs composition in the shoe manufacturing industry is complex and wide pollution range.However,the shoe manufacturing industry is now a key industry for the improvement and transformation of VOCs treatment technology,as its treatment process is relatively backward.Through the analysis and comparison of relatively mature VOCs treatment processes in other industries,there are three processes available for selection:activated carbon adsorption and catalytic combustion technology,zeolite rotor adsorption and catalytic combustion technology,zeolite rotor adsorption and RTO technology.In addition,the catalytic combustion composite process has certain advantages and research prospects in terms of safety and economy,and is expected to become the new treatment process for VOCs from various shoe manufacturing enterprises.
