摘 要:针对垃圾渗滤液氨氮浓度高的问题,采用MAP沉淀法,小试实验研究重点考察了pH值、工业磷酸投加量、沉淀剂投入摩尔比对去除氨氮的影响,并进行了中试研究和经济效益分析。结果表明,小试研究最优的工艺条件是常温下,反应pH=8.5,n(NH_(4)^(+))∶n(H_(3)PO_(4))∶n(MgCl_(2))=1∶1.2∶1.2,氨氮去除率为85.20%,出水氨氮浓度为232 mg/L。中试研究结果表明氨氮去除效果与理论值接近,反应过程稳定。相比其他处理技术,本工艺药剂成本更低。We adopt the MAP precipitation method to solve the problem of high ammonia nitrogen concentration in garbage leachate.The small-scale experimental study investigated the effects of pH value,industrial phosphoric acid dosage,and precipitant molar ratio on removing ammonia nitrogen.We also conducted pilot studies and economic benefit analysis.The results showed that the optimal process conditions for the small-scale study were reaction pH=8.5,n(NH_(4)^(+))∶n(H_(3)PO_(4))∶n(MgCl_(2))=1∶1.2∶1.2,at room temperature.We achieved the ammonia nitrogen removal rate of 85.20%and effluent ammonia nitrogen concentration of 232 mg/L at the conditions.The results of the pilot study indicated that the removal efficiency of ammonia nitrogen is close to the theoretical value,and the reaction process is stable.Compared to other processing techniques,the reagent cost of this process is lower.
