摘　　要：目前建筑行业处在下行阶段,工程项目不断收紧,但是随着一系列工程总承包政策的密集出台,工程总承包业务在政策驱动、市场需求和企业实践推动下逆势增长,工程总承包模式下,不同阶段项目投资控制的方向、方式和方法也有了新的呈现,文章基于建设单位和工程总承包单位不同视角下浅析工程总承包项目投资控制。While the construction industry faces a downturn and projects become more stringent,the engineering general contracting sector is defying the odds through the implementation of policies,market demands,and enterprise strategies.Within the engineering general contracting model,the directions,methods,and approaches for project investment control have evolved significantly at various stages.This study offers a concise analysis of project investment control under the engineering general contracting model,focusing on the perspectives of both the construction unit and the engineering general contracting unit.
