摘  要:基于Hertz接触理论及摩擦学原理,利用ADAMS系统内CMD语言以命令流的方式建立角接触球轴承动力学模型,分析了接触参数(刚度系数、阻尼系数和摩擦系数)对角接触球轴承摩擦力矩的影响。通过与经验算法结果对比分析,确定了模型接触参数,并以此参数研究了加速工况加速时间、轴向载荷及径向载荷对角接触球轴承摩擦力矩的影响。结果表明:随着刚度系数由K 1组增大到K 3组时,轴承摩擦力矩随之增大;当阻尼系数由0.3 N·s/mm增大到30.0 N·s/mm时,轴承摩擦力矩先减小后增大;随着摩擦系数增大,轴承摩擦力矩也随之增大;在加速阶段,轴承摩擦力矩均方根值随着加速时间增加而减小,且加速时间对摩擦力矩均方根值影响较小;轴向及径向载荷增大均会导致摩擦力矩均方根值增大,且轴向载荷较径向载荷对摩擦力矩均方根值影响更为显著。Based on Hertz contact theory and tribological principle,the dynamic model of angular contact ball bearing was established by using CMD language in ADAMS system in the form of command flow,and the influence of contact parameters(stiffness coefficient,damping coefficient,friction coefficient)on the friction torque of angular contact ball bearing was analyzed.By comparing with the results of empirical algorithm,the contact parameters of the model were determined,and the effects of acceleration time,axial load and radial load on the friction torque of angular contact ball bearings were studied.The results show that as the stiffness coefficient increases from group K 1 to group K 3,the bearing friction torque also increases;When the damping coefficient increases from 0.3 N·s/mm to 30.0 N·s/mm,the bearing friction torque first decreases and then increases;As the friction coefficient increases,the bearing friction torque also increases;At the acceleration stage,the root mean square value of the bearing friction moment decreases with the increase of acceleration time,while the increase of axial and radial loads will lead to an increase in the root mean square value of the friction moment.Moreover,the effect of acceleration time on the root mean square value of the friction moment is relatively small,and the effect of axial load on the root mean square value of the friction moment is more significant than that of radial load.
