摘  要:为了研究弯曲状态下电沉积波纹管疲劳寿命的影响因素,文中使用弯曲测试工装,开展了相应的旋转弯曲疲劳实验,对实验结果进行了分析。结果表明:在弯曲疲劳实验中,电沉积波纹管断裂位置出现在波谷处,且均为韧性断裂;随着电沉积波纹管壁厚减小、波高增加,疲劳寿命提高;与弯曲极限角度相比,电沉积波纹管在正常工况角度时,疲劳寿命增大6.8倍。实验表明:壁厚为0.03 mm、波高为2.3 mm、工作弯曲角度为110°的多层电沉积波纹管的疲劳性能最优。In order to investigate the influencing factors on the fatigue life of electroforming corrugated tubes under bending conditions,this study conducted corresponding rotational bending fatigue experiments using a bending test fixture,and analyzed the experimental results.The results indicate that in the bending fatigue experiments,the fracture of electroforming corrugated tubes occurred is at the trough,and all fractures are ductile.With the decrease in the wall thickness of the electroforming corrugated tubes,the increase in the wave height,the fatigue life increases.Compared with the bending limit angle,the fatigue life of electrodeposited corrugated pipes increases by 6.8 times under normal working conditions.The experiment shows that the fatigue performance of multilayer electroforming corrugated tubes with a wall thickness of 0.03 mm,a wave height of 2.3 mm,and a working bending angle of 110°is the best.
