摘　　要：苎麻精干麻是苎麻原麻经过预处理、酸浸碱煮、后处理等脱胶加工工艺制成的,再经开松和梳理等工序处理后可用于纺纱或其他用途。本文依据GB/T 20793—2015苎麻精干麻标准,统计、分析近3年湖北省苎麻精干麻公证检验数据,从中发现苎麻精干麻质量发展的问题并从质量监测角度提出建议,供相关部门、行业组织和麻纺企业参考。Ramie raw hemp is processed into refined hemp through pre-treatment,acid leaching,alkali boiling,post-treatment,and other processing techniques.After further processing such as loosening and combing,it can be used for spinning or other purposes.This report is based on the GB/T 20793—2015 standard for refined ramie,combined with the notarized inspection data of refined ramie in Hubei Province in the past three years for statistical analysis.It identifies problems in the quality development of refined ramie and proposes suggestions from the perspective of quality monitoring for reference by relevant departments,industry organizations,and hemp spinning enterprises.
