摘 要:为准确表征被测棉本色纱断裂强力的真值范围,采用GB/T 3916—2013《纺织品卷装纱单根纱线断裂强力和断裂伸长率的测定(CRE法)》测量棉本色纱线的断裂强力。利用数理统计方法,对棉本色纱断裂强力的不确定度进行量化分析,得出合成标准不确定度,再分析计算得出扩展不确定度。结果表明,棉本色纱断裂强力不确定度的来源主要包括随机效应、测量仪器计量性能、预加张力以及数值的修约。本研究测得值的扩展不确定度为(2.1×10^(2)±8)cN,k=2,本文不确定度评定方法可以作为其他种类单纱断裂强力测量不确定度评估的参考。In order to accurately characterize the true value range of the breaking force of the cotton grey yarn,the breaking force was tested according to GB/T 3916—2013"Textiles-Yarns from packages-Determination of single-end breaking force and elongation at break using constant rate of extension(CRE)tester".The measurement uncertainty of the cotton grey yarn’s breaking force was analyzed and quantified by mathematical statistical methods.The combined uncertainty was quantitatively analyzed,and then the expended uncertainty was calculated.The results indicate that the sources of uncertainty in the breaking force of cotton grey yarn mainly include random effects,the metrological performance of the measuring instrument,pre-tensioning,and the rounding off of numerical values.The expanded uncertainty of the measured results is(2.1×10^(2)±8)cN,k=2.The uncertainty evaluation in this study can serve as a reference for the uncertainty evaluation of other types of single yarn breaking force measurements.
