摘　　要：机械危害防护手套是指用于防护磨损、切割、撕裂、穿刺中至少一种机械伤害风险的手套。国家标准GB 24541—2022《手部防护机械危害防护手套》对于机械防护手套有明确的性能指标要求,通过手套的耐磨损性、耐切割性能(圆盘刀法、直刀法)、耐撕裂性、耐穿刺性、冲击防护项目的检测,得出手套的防护性能等级。本文通过对比GB 24541新、旧标准内容的变化,为提升对新标准的理解和规范试验操作提供参考。Protective gloves against mechanical hazards refer to gloves used to protect against the risk of at least one kind of mechanical injury in wearing,cutting,tearing and puncturing.The national standard GB 24541—2022"Hand protection-Protective gloves against mechanical risks"testing the wear resistance,cutting resistance(disc knife method,straight knife method),tear resistance,puncture resistance and impact protection items of gloves,the protective performance grade of gloves was obtained.This paper explains the new standard of GB 24541—2022,grasps the requirement of the new standard to the performance of protective gloves,in order to help the laboratory to understand the new standard and standard operation.
