摘 要:为了探究螺钉在斜面上的摆动情况,首先从能量角度、转动惯量角度和摆动条件角度进行理论分析,然后选取斜面倾角、螺钉倾角、斜面摩擦系数、螺钉的质量以及螺钉的长度等作为影响螺钉在斜面上摆动的主要因素进行探究,分别通过实验室实验、Solid works仿真、Tracker轨迹跟踪、Matlab拟合等方法,研究各个因素对螺钉摆动情况的影响。研究结果表明:在其变量一定的条件下,斜面倾角与螺钉摆动幅度呈正相关趋势;螺钉倾角增加或者斜面摩擦系数增大或者螺钉质量增大或者螺钉长度增大时,螺钉摆动幅度均呈现减小趋势,实验结果验证了理论分析的正确性。The main objective of this paper is to investigate the oscillation behavior of a screw on an inclined plane.Firstly,theoretical analysis is conducted considering energy angle,moment of inertia,and swing conditions.Then,the key factors affecting the screw’s oscillation on the inclined plane are selected as bevel inclination,screw inclination,friction coefficient of the bevel surface,screw mass,and screw length.Through laboratory experiments and utilizing methods such as SolidWorks simulation,Tracker track tracking,Matlab fitting,etc,we studied the impact of these factors on the screw’s oscillation.The results demonstrate that when other variables are held constant,there is a positive correlation between the incline angle and the amplitude of swing for the screw.Additionally,as either the incline angle or friction coefficient increases or when there is an increase in either screw mass or length;it leads to a decrease in swing amplitude for the screw.The experimental findings validate our theoretical analysis.
