摘 要:通过构建光伏产业高质量发展评价指标体系,利用熵值法对2013—2021年我国30个省份的光伏产业高质量发展水平进行测算,结合核密度曲线、Dagum基尼系数等方法研究时空演化特征。研究表明:中国光伏产业高质量发展水平增长态势明显,且各维度都呈现增长趋势。分区域来看,一是第一类资源区开发水平是推动总开发水平增长的主要力量,但是在多重因素影响之下,2017年以后我国光伏产业开发高水平区域逐步转移到第三类资源区;二是第三类资源区的创新水平受益于研发环境等多方面因素而成为总创新水平的主要推动力量。从时序演变特征来看,各省域光伏产业高质量发展水平存在较为明显的梯度效应。在研究期初,光伏产业高质量发展水平较高区域聚集在资源丰富的第一类资源区,而随着第三类资源区的逐渐发力,高质量发展水平较高区域逐渐呈现空间上的转移趋势,并且光伏产业高质量发展呈现出较为明显的空间相关性,其区域差异逐渐由区域间差异转换为区域内差异,侧面印证了三大资源区的划分成为历史。A system of evaluation indicators for the high-quality development of the photovoltaic industry has been established.The entropy method was used to calculate the level of high-quality development of the photovoltaic industry in 30 provinces in China from 2013 to 2021.The research also utilized methods such as kernel density curves,Dagum’s Gini coefficient,etc.,to study the spatiotemporal evolution characteristics.The study indicates that the high-quality development level of China’s photovoltaic industry shows a clear growth trend,with all dimensions showing an increasing tendency.From the regional perspective,firstly,the development level in the first type of resource-rich areas is the main force driving the overall development level growth.However,under the influence of multiple factors,after 2017,regions with a high level of photovoltaic industry development gradually shifted to the third type of resource area.Secondly,the innovation level in the third type of resource areas benefits from various factors such as the research and development environment,becoming the main driving force behind the overall innovation level.Regarding the temporal evolution characteristics,there is a clear gradient effect in the high-quality development level of the photovoltaic industry across provinces.Initially,regions with a high level of high-quality development in the photovoltaic industry were clustered in the resource-rich first type of resource areas.However,with the gradual rise of the third type of resource areas,regions with higher levels of high-quality development have shown a trend of spatial transfer.Furthermore,the high-quality development of the photovoltaic industry exhibits a significant spatial correlation,with regional differences gradually transitioning from inter-regional disparities to intra-regional disparities,indirectly confirming the historical division of the three major resource areas.
