生态敏感性约束下的国家公园游憩适宜性评价研究——以南山国家公园为例

摘　　要：生态敏感性和游憩适宜性双评价体系是通过测算区域生态环境问题发生的可能性大小,进而评估其发展生态旅游的适宜程度。论文通过建立生态敏感性和游憩适宜性的双评价指标体系,结合层次分析法和GIS空间分析法,研究南山国家公园游憩适宜性的空间分布特征,研究发现:(1)南山国家公园的游憩适宜性以轻度不适为主。(2)游憩适宜度较高的区域在空间上多呈带状分布,集中分布在白云湖景区等区域;游憩适宜度较低的区域主要呈现聚集型面状分布,集中分布在湖南舜皇山自然保护区等区域;余下的区域主要呈现小面积点状空间,分散分布在南山国家公园内部。(3)水环境和地势起伏导致的水土流失是影响南山国家公园生态系统稳定性的关键因素,旅游交通和核心保护区两因素导致的游憩成本增加是限制国家公园旅游发展的主要原因。(4)从是否适宜发展旅游的角度,将研究区域划分为低利用生态游憩区、密集性休闲游憩区和分散性观光游憩区。The dual evaluation system of ecological sensitivity and recreation suitability is designed to assess the suitability of developing ecotourism in a region by measuring the likelihood of ecological and environmental problems.By establishing the dual evaluation index system of ecological sensitivity and recreation suitability,the article combines hierarchical analysis and GIS spatial analysis to study the spatial distribution characteristics of the recreation suitability of Nanshan National Park.The study found that:(1) the suitability of recreation in Nanshan National Park is mainly mildly uncomfortable.(2) The areas with high recreation suitability are mostly distributed in a belt-like pattern in space,concentrated in Baiyun Lake scenic area and other areas.The areas with lower suitability are mainly distributed in the form of aggregated surfaces,concentrated in areas such as the Hunan Sunhuang Mountain Nature Reserve.The remainder of the area is mainly spatially distributed in small areas,scattered within the Nanshan National Park.(3) The water environment and soil erosion caused by the undulating terrain are key factors affecting the stability of the ecosystem in Nanshan National Park.The increased cost of recreation due to both tourism traffic and core conservation areas is the main reason limiting the development of tourism in the national park.(4) From the perspective of suitability for tourism development,the study area was divided into low-use ecological recreation areas,intensive recreational recreation areas and dispersed tourist recreation areas.
