摘 要:随着新一代数字技术的发展,数字化已成为“双碳”背景下制造业绿色创新发展的重要动力。河南省是制造业大省,在数字化时代充分发挥数字生产力的引擎作用,有利于为河南省制造业绿色创新发展集聚新动能、塑造新优势。文章以“双碳”目标为切入视角,通过梳理数字化赋能河南省制造业绿色创新发展现状与存在的问题,对比借鉴制造业数字化转型与绿色创新发展较好省份的经验,总结出数字化赋能产品设计、生产过程、排放监管、绿色供应链管理四条路径,并提出加强政策引导、做好顶层规划、强化要素保障、发挥企业主体作用、优化产业布局等发展建议。With the development of new generation digital technology,digitalization has become an important driving force for the green innovation development of manufacturing industry under the background of"dual carbon".Henan Province is a major manufacturing province,and fully leveraging the engine role of digital productivity in the digital era is conducive to gathering new momentum and shaping new advantages for the green innovation development of the manufacturing industry in Henan Province.Based on the"dual carbon"goal,through sorting out the current situation and existing problems of digitalization empowering the green innovation development of the manufacturing industry in Henan Province,this article compares and draws on the experience of provinces with better digital transformation and green innovation development in the manufacturing industry,summarizes four paths of digitalization empowering product design,production process,emission supervision,and green supply chain management,and proposes development suggestions such as strengthening policy guidance,making toplevel planning,strengthening factor protection,giving full scope to enterprises as the main actor,and optimizing industrial layout.
