摘 要:针对9Ni钢热轧板表面翘皮缺陷问题,采用扫描电子显微镜、能谱仪等对翘皮微观特征进行系统研究,同时采用Gleeble-3800热模拟试验机和热重分析仪等研究了9Ni钢表面翘皮缺陷产生的原因。缺陷分析结果表明,翘皮缺陷内部裂纹两侧存在比较明显的氧化层,裂纹末端及其延长线上存在大量晶界网状裂纹。机理研究表明,在9Ni钢铸坯高温氧化过程中,Ni和Fe的氧化物相互缠结形成富Ni颗粒层,并且Ni元素和Si、Mn等元素共偏析形成氧化圆点和晶界网状化结构,且在热轧过程中延伸至钢板表面,导致翘皮缺陷的产生。通过控制9Ni钢加热炉温度,同时提高除鳞压力,并调整轧制过程的压下率分配,可有效减轻9Ni钢表面翘皮缺陷。For the problem of curled skin defect on the surface of 9Ni steel hot-rolled plate,its micro characteristics of curled skin were systematically studied by scanning electron microscopy,energy dispersive spectroscopy,etc.,and the causes of curled skin defects on the surface of 9Ni steel were investigated by thermal simulation testing machine Gleeble-3800 and thermogravimetric analyzer.The defect analysis results show that there are obvious oxide layers on both sides of crack inside the curled skin defect,and there are numerous grain boundary network cracks at the end of crack and its extension line.The mechanism research shows that during the high-temperature oxidation process of 9Ni steel billets,the oxides of Ni and Fe intertwine to form a rich Ni particle layer,and the co-segregation of Ni with Si,Mn and other elements forms oxide dots and a network structure of grain boundaries,which extends to the surface of steel plate during the hot rolling process,leading to the occurrence of curled skin defects.Thus,by controlling the temperature of heating furnace for 9Ni steel,increasing the descaling pressure,and adjusting the distribution of reduction rate in the rolling process,the surface curled skin defects of 9Ni steel can be effectively reduced.
