摘 要:为解决某特种射钉弹壳长径比大、壁厚薄、成形过程中易开裂的问题,对冲盂模具的结构及主要设计参数进行了研究。通过对比直壁和斜壁两种凹模在冲盂过程中的模具载荷、盂子变形和损伤,确定选用载荷更低、底部厚度减薄量与破坏倾向更小的斜壁凹模。对采用斜壁凹模的射钉弹壳冲盂成形进行正交仿真试验,研究了凸模圆角半径r、凹模圆角半径R和凹模锥角α这3个主要参数对冲盂成形的影响规律。结果表明,模具的3个主要参数对盂子底部厚度减薄量和最大损伤值影响的大小排序为:凸模圆角半径r>凹模锥角α>凹模圆角半径R。最优结构参数组合为:r=2 mm、R=3 mm、α=20°。For the problems of high aspect ratio,thin wall thickness,and easy cracking during the forming process of a special nail shell,the structure and main design parameters of cupping die were studied.Then,for two types of die with straight wall and inclined wall,the load on the die as well as the deformation and damage of the cup in the punching process were compared,and an inclined wall die with lower load,smaller bottom thickness reduction and smaller tendency to damage was determined to use.Furthermore,the orthogonal simulation experiments of nail shell cupping were conducted using the inclined wall die,the influences of three main parameters,namely,punch fillet radius r,die fillet radius R and die cone angle α on the cupping were studied.The results show that the influence order of the three main parameters of the die on the bottom thickness reduction and maximum damage value is as follows:punch fillet radius r>die cone angle α> die fillet radius R.The optimal combination of structural parameters is r=2 mm,R=3 mm and α=20°.
