摘  要:集合式电容器作为变电站内重要的无功补偿设备,其本体发热缺陷严重影响了电网的安全平稳运行。本文对一种集合式电容器套管接头典型发热缺陷进行解体检查,发现套管接头结构设计存在多处不合理,如套管法兰凹槽浸水,铝质防雨罩参与一次通流,与套管法兰及导流螺杆接触不良,长期通流造成接触面严重氧化,导致套管接头发热。针对此类发热缺陷,本文提出了有效的防范措施和日常检修建议,以提高电网无功系统的可靠性和安全性。The assembling capacitor is an important reactive power compensation equipment in substation and its heating defects seriously affect safe and stable operation of the power grid.In this paper,a disassembly inspection on a typical heating defect in the bushing joint of assembling capacitor is conducted.It is found that there are a few unreasonable designs in structural design of the bushing joint,such as water immersion in the groove of bushing flange,primary involvement of aluminum rain cover,weak contact with bushing flange and guiding screws,serious oxidization of contacting surface due to long term flow,leading heating of bushing joint.As for such heating defect,the effective preventive measures and daily maintenance and suggestions are proposed in this paper so to improve reliability and safety of the reactive system of the power grid.
