摘 要:为了在高功率因数、低谐波畸变率要求下进一步拓宽功率因数校正电路的输出电压范围,实现功率因数校正电路在更广泛领域的应用价值,提出了一种改进型宽输出电压范围功率因数校正电路及控制方法。首先,分析了所提出改进型宽输出电压范围功率因数校正电路的基本工作原理;然后,在传统双环控制基础上,引入了自适应占空比补偿环节,不仅提高了所提电路的功率因数,还降低了所提电路的总谐波畸变率;最后,开发了一台3 kW改进型功率因数校正器样机,对所提拓扑结构和控制方法进行了验证。试验结果表明,采用本文所提改进型功率因数校正电路可在50~500 V输出电压范围内以高功率因数和低谐波畸变率状态运行。For broadening the output voltage range of the power factor correction circuit under the requirement of high power factor and low harmonic distortion rate and achieving the application of the power factor correction circuit in the wider filed,a kind of improved power factor correction circuit with wide output voltage range and its supporting control method are proposed.Firstly,the basic operating principle of the proposed improved power factor correction circuit with wide output voltage range is analyzed;Then,an adaptive duty cycle compensation stage is introduced on the basis of the conventional doubleloop control,which not only improves the power factor of the proposed circuit,but also reduces the total harmonic distortion of the proposed circuit;Finally,a set of 3 kW improved power factor corrector prototype is developed to verify the proposed topology and control method.The test results show that the use of the improved power factor correction circuit proposed in this paper can operate at high power factor and low total harmonic distortion rate in the output voltage range of 50~500 V.
