摘 要:为防治煤尘污染,降低煤尘对人体损害,文中采用分子动力学模拟和实验结合的方法研究了两种复配型绿色表面活性剂辛癸基葡糖苷/脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚羧钠(APG/AEC)、辛癸基葡糖苷/脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠(APG/MES)对褐煤的润湿吸附过程。借助Material Studio分子模拟工具,从微观角度分析了煤尘的润湿。实验中选用氯化钠(NaCl)为增效剂,并进行正交设计,通过极差分析确定两类润湿剂最佳配方为2.5 g/L APG,1 g/L AEC,0.5 g/L NaCl与2.5 g/L APG,0.04 g/L MES,2 g/L NaCl。根据不同的适用情况,不同配比的润湿剂可提供不同的参考意义,其中最佳配方降尘效果最好。In order to prevent and control coal dust pollution and reduce the damage of human body,the wettability and adsorption processes of two green surfactants,Decyl Glucoside/sodium fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether carboxylate(APG/AEC)and Decyl Glucoside/sodium fatty acid methyl ester sulfonate(APG/MES),on lignite were studied by molecular dynamics simulation and experiment.With the help of Material Studio molecular simulation tool,the wetting of coal dust was analyzed from the microscopic point of view.In the experiment,sodium chloride(NaCl)was selected as synergist,and the orthogonal design was carried out.Through range analysis,the best formulations of two kinds of wetting agents were determined as 2.5 g/L APG,1 g/L AEC,0.5 g/L NaCl and 2.5 g/L APG,0.04 g/L MES,2 g/L NaCl.According to different applicable circumstances,different wetting agents can provide different reference significance,and the best formula has the best dust reducing effect.
