摘  要:青年大学生的职业价值观不仅关系着大学生能否树立正确的职业目标和价值追求,也关系到社会主义现代化建设人才的培养。帮助当代大学生树立正确的职业价值观,是高校的职责所在。为进一步推进当代大学生职业价值观培育,在广东省选择10所高校中的20位相关教师开展深度访谈,发现目前高校在大学生职业价值观培育中还面临培育目标不明确、培育方式单一、培育机制不健全等问题,进而提出应把握专业与需求,明确培育目标;贯通教学与实践,创新培育方法;聚焦师生与家庭,构建培育机制等具体路径。The professional values of young college students are not only related to whether they can establish correct career goals and value pursuits,but also to the cultivation of talents for socialist modernization construction.It is the responsibility of universities to help contemporary college students establish correct professional values.In order to further promote the cultivation of contemporary college students'professional values,20 relevant teachers from 10 universities in Guangdong Province were selected for in-depth interviews.It was found that currently,universities still face problems such as unclear cultivation goals,single cultivation methods,and incomplete cultivation mechanisms in cultivating college students'professional values.Furthermore,specific strategies were proposed:grasping majors and needs and clarifying cultivation goals;integrating teaching and practice and innovating cultivation methods;focusing on teachers,students,and families and constructing cultivating mechanisms.
