摘　　要：近几年,高校退役复学大学生人数逐年递增,如何做好高校退役复学大学生的教育管理工作,保证退役大学生的合法权益,使退役复学大学生顺利开展学习、生活、毕业乃至就业创业工作,不仅是践行以人为本的教育理念的重要目标,更是提升高校的教学质量和管理水平的重要保障。本文旨在围绕高校退役复学大学生的教育管理方式,从高校退役复学大学生的现状、存在的问题及行之有效的对策分析等几个方面作详细探讨,具有典型的现实意义。In recent years,the number of retired and returning college students has been increasing year by year.How to do a good job in the education and management of retired and returning college students,ensure their legitimate rights and interests,and enable them to smoothly carry out their studies,life,graduation,and even employment and entrepreneurship work is not only an important goal of practicing the people-oriented education concept,but also an important guarantee for improving the teaching quality and management level of universities:This paper aims to explore in detail the current situation,existing problems,and effective countermeasures of retired and returning college students,focusing on the educational management methods of retired and returning college students,which is of typical practical significance.
