摘　　要：目的 分析高效液相色谱法(HPLC)同时测定天麻熄风胶囊中天麻素、天麻苷元含量的可行性。方法 流动相:乙腈∶0.05%磷酸溶液(3∶97);流速:1.0 ml/min;检测波长:220 nm;流速:1.0 ml/min;柱温:30℃;进样量:20μl。测定10批天麻熄风胶囊中天麻素、天麻苷元含量。结果 天麻素、天麻苷均在0.312 5~6.250 0μg/ml(r=0.999 8、0.999 7)范围内呈良好的线性关系,天麻素、天麻苷元平均加样回收率分别为100.40%和99.47%,加样回收率的相对标准偏差(RSD)分别为1.90%和1.63%。结论 HPLC同时测定天麻熄风胶囊中天麻素、天麻苷元含量具有简便、准确且重复性好等特点,可为天麻熄风胶囊的质量控制提供参考。Objective To analyze the feasibility of simultaneous determination of gastrodin and gastrogenin in Gastroxifeng capsules by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).Methods Analysis conditions:mobile phase:acetonitrile∶0.05%phosphoric acid solution(3∶97);flow rate:1.0 ml/min;detection wavelength:220 nm;flow rate:1.0 ml/min;column temperature:30℃;injection volume:20μl.The content of gastrodin and gastrodigenin in 10 batches of Tianma Xifeng capsules were analyzed.Results Gastrodin and gastrodigenin both ranged 0.3125~6.2500μg/ml showed a good linear relationship(r=0.9998,0.9997).The average recovery rates of gastrodin and gastrodin were 100.40%and 99.47%,respectively,with RSDs of 1.90%and 1.63%.Conclusion The HPLC method for simultaneous determination of gastrodin and gastrodigenin in Tianma Xifeng Capsules is simple,accurate,and has good reproducibility,which can provide reference for the quality control of Tianma Xifeng Capsules.
