摘　　要：为加快推进智能制造,推动制造业企业运用标准化方式组织生产、经营、管理和服务,从打造“企业运营管理流程”与“数字化生产制造流程”两个方面进行数字化改造攻关,通过数字化改造项目,建立数字化标准化系统,规范企业的管理过程,实现信息化、透明化管理,在效率、成本等方面提升管理水平。To accelerate the promotion of intelligent manufacturing and promote the use of standardized methods to organize produc tion,operation,management and services in manufacturing enterprises,digital transfor mation is carried out from aspects of creat ing“enterprise operation and management processes”and“digital production and manu facturing processes”.Through the digital transformation project,a digital standardiza tion system is established to standardize the enterprise management processes,realize informatization and transparent management and improve the management level in terms of efficiency and costs.
