摘　　要：XTC180超大型双轮铣槽机是徐工自主研发的一款适用于超硬、超深地下连续墙的施工装备。介绍该机的主要结构及主要技术参数,铣轮总成、双卷扬、动力以及电气控制等部件系统的设计,以及施工案例。该机的成功应用,有利于推动我国大型地下连续墙施工装备的技术发展。XTC180 ultra-large double-wheel trench cut ter is construction equipment independently developed by XCMG for ultra-hard and ultra deep diaphragm walls.The main structure and main technical parameters of the cutter and the design of components and systems such as milling wheel assembly,double winches,power and electrical control are introduced,as well as construction cases.The successful application of this cutter is condu cive to promoting the technological develop ment of large diaphragm wall construction equipment in China.
