摘 要:基于有限元与非连续介质力学耦合的方法,对盘型滚刀切削钢筋混凝土桩进行三维瞬态动力学分析。数值模型中,混凝土的力学特性通过非连续介质力学描述,混凝土中钢筋的影响采用有限元进行分析。通过参数分析分别研究滚刀几何构型(滚刀刃宽与滚刀刃角)对盘型滚刀切削性能的影响。研究结果表明,刀片宽度和刀片角度对圆盘刀具的切削性能有显著影响,在实际工程中选择圆盘刀具时,刃宽和刃角均不能过大或过小,综合考虑圆盘刀具的有效应力和切削力,建议刀刃宽度控制在15~20 mm之间,刀刃角度控制在15°~20°之间。Based on the method of coupling finite ele ment and discontinuous medium mechanics,three-dimensional transient dynamic analysis is conducted on the cutting of reinforced con crete piles by disc cutters.In the numerical model,the mechanical properties of concrete are described by discontinuous medium me chanics,and the influence of reinforcement in concrete is analyzed by finite element method.The influence of geometric con figurations of cutters(cutter edge width and cutter edge angle)on the cutting performance of disc cutters is studied respectively through parametric analysis.The research results show that the edge width and edge angle have a significant impact on the cutting perfor mance of the disc cutter.When selecting the disc cutter in practical engineering,the edge width and edge angle shall not be too large or too small,and taking into account the effec tive stress and cutting force of the disc cutter,it is recommended that the edge width shall be within 15 to 20 mm and the edge angle shall be within 15 to 20.
