摘　　要：在LPG罐车定期检验过程中,所采集的数据通常只用于得出安全结论,未能充分挖掘这些数据的潜在价值。通过分析某特种设备检验检测院自2013年起至2020年间检验的10台LPG罐车的罐体壁厚数据,进行了规整和关联性分析,揭示了使用过程中罐体腐蚀减薄量与时间之间存在的非线性关系。此项发现不仅为进一步研究LPG罐车罐体损伤模式提供了重要参考,也为罐体的检验、检测和使用管理提供了科学依据。During the periodic inspection of LPG tank ers,the data collected is usually only used to draw safety conclusions,and the potential value of the data is not fully explored.By analyzing the tank wall thickness data of 10 LPG tankers inspected by a special equip ment inspection and testing institute from 2013 to 2020,a regularity and correlation analysis is conducted,which reveals a non linear relationship between the corrosion thinning amount of the tanks during use and time.This discovery not only provides an im portant reference for further research on the tank damage pattern of LPG tankers,but also provides a scientific basis for the inspection,testing and use management of tanks.
