摘 要:选定国产2A14铝合金为焊接母材,SALCu铜铝为焊丝,采用氩气为保护气体,实施熔化极气体保护焊(Gas Metal Arc Welding,GMAW)。采用熔化极气体保护焊中的MIG(Metal Inert Gas Arc Welding)焊接方法,焊接过程中,依据田口方法对焊接参数(电压、电流和保护气体流量)设计3因素3水平正交试验,对最终焊件的抗拉强度、屈服强度和延伸率进行信噪比分析和方差分析。结果表明,影响因素中的电压对抗拉强度、屈服强度和延伸率信噪比的贡献率分别为32.4%、72.1%和70.7%,电压是最大影响因素,其他次之。优化后的最佳参数设置为:电流180 A,电压28 V,气体流量17 L/min。Domestic 2A14 aluminum alloy is selected as the welding base metal,and with SALCu copper-aluminum as wire electrodes and argon gas as shielding gas,gas metal arc welding(GMAW)is implemented.The metal inert gas arc welding(MIG)method in GMAW is adopted,and during the welding process,a 3-factor and 3-level orthogonal experiment is designed based on Taguchi method for the welding parameters(voltage,current and shielding gas flow).The signal to-noise ratio analysis and variance analysis are performed on the tensile strength,yield strength and elongation of the final weldment.The results show that the contribution rates of voltage among the influencing factors to the signal-to-noise ratio of tensile strength,yield strength and elongationare32.4%,72.1%and 70.7%,respectively,and voltage is the largest influencing factor,followed by others.The best parameter settings after optimization are 180 A of current,28 V of voltage and 17 L/min of gas flow.
