双液压缸三角结构支撑下的旋挖钻机桅杆晃动问题研究

摘  要:以某型旋挖钻机桅杆系统为研究对象,分析旋挖钻机在回转作业过程中上部桅杆晃动的根本原因,继而研究桅杆系统设计,解决晃动问题。设定立桅液压缸为刚性构件,对桅杆系统进行三维建模及有限元仿真分析;在考虑液压油可压缩性的基础上,推导出单作用液压缸在轴向作用力下,活塞杆的位移量与作用力、液压缸缸径、液压缸活塞杆杆径、密闭腔体轴向力方向的长度、液压油弹性模量之间的通用计算公式;设定立桅液压缸为弹性构件,建立了桅杆系统的简化力学模型,推导计算出回转过程中立桅液压缸活塞杆的位移量,并模拟转化出桅杆顶部的晃动量;进行了桅杆系统优化设计前和优化设计后的试验验证对比。结果表明:液压油的可压缩性在桅杆系统设计中不可忽略,桅杆系统的晃动与旋挖钻机上车的回转速度、桅杆系统的变幅距离、质量、立桅液压缸立桅后无杆腔的长度、回转动作的启/制动时间、液压油的弹性模量为线性关系;与立桅液压缸缸径为非线性关系。The mast system of a rotary drilling rig is taken as the research object to analyze the root causes for the upper mast swaying dur ing rotary operation of the rotary drilling rig,and then the mast system design is studied to solve the swaying problem.Setting the vertical mast hydraulic cylinder as a rigid member,three-dimensional modelling and finite element simulation analysis of the mast system are carried out.On the basis of con sidering the compressibility of the hydraulic oil,a general calculation formula between the displacement of the piston rod of the single acting hydraulic cylinder under the axial force and the acting force,hydraulic cylinder diameter,piston rod diameter,length of the confined chamber in the axial force direc tion,and elastic modulus of the hydraulic oil is derived.Setting the vertical mast hydraulic cylinder as an elastic member,a simplified mechanical model of the mast system is es tablished to derive and calculate the displace ment of the piston rod of the vertical mast hydraulic cylinder during rotation,and the swaying amount of the mast top is simulated and converted.The mast system before and after optimization design is tested,verified and compared.The results show that,the compressibility of the hydraulic oil shall not be neglected in the design of the mast system,and the swaying of the mast system has a linear relationship with the rotational speed of the rotary drilling rig superstructure,the luff ing distance and mass of the mast system,the length of the rodless chamber of the vertical mast hydraulic cylinder after mast upright,the start/brake time of the rotation action,and the elastic modulus of the hydraulic oil,and has a non-linear relationship with the diameter of the vertical mast hydraulic cylinder.The rel evant research can provide a reference for the design of mast systems of rotary drilling rigs.
