摘　　要：为满足深层地热钻机钻井工况的要求,结合地热勘探开发智能化、自动化的趋势,研制出3 500 m地热钻机用交流变频绞车。在石油钻机绞车的基础上,确定绞车的整体方案和技术参数,计算绞车的关键性能,并对关键部件进行受力分析。该绞车结构紧凑,尺寸小,质量轻,可以满足地热井钻机自动化、智能化的钻探需求,也可应用在水井钻探、浅层油气和煤层气开发等领域。To meet the requirements of drilling con ditions of deep geothermal drilling rigs,combined with the trend of intelligent and au tomated geothermal exploration and exploitation,an AC variable-frequency winch for 3500 m geothermal drilling rigs is developed.On the basis of winches for oil drilling rigs,the overall scheme and technical parameters of the winch are determined,the key prop erties of the winch are calculated,and the stresses on key components are analyzed.The winch has a compact structure,small dimensions and a light weight,which can meet the demand of automated and intelligent drilling of geothermal drilling rigs and can be applied in the fields of water well drilling,shallow oil and gas exploitation and coalbed methane exploitation.
