摘 要:在给定凸轮机构运动规律的条件下,提出一种基于路径跟踪的盘形凸轮轮廓曲线设计方法,克服传统解析法计算复杂、编程困难、效率低下的缺点。应用MATLAB生成凸轮轮廓曲线位移点,经过样条曲线插值来定义推杆的直线马达,并结合凸轮旋转马达定义SolidWorks Motion运动算例,通过路径跟踪得到凸轮轮廓曲线,并完成盘形凸轮的三维模型设计。应用SolidWorks 3D接触运动仿真运算,验证凸轮轮廓曲线的准确性,并使用MATLAB完成凸轮机构的运动分析。Under the condition of a given motion law of the cam mechanism,a design method for the disc cam profile based on path tracking is proposed to overcome the disadvantages of the traditional analytical method,such as complicated calculation,difficult program ming and low efficiency.MATLAB is ap plied to generate displacement points of the cam profile,the linear motor of the push rod is defined through spline interpolation,the SolidWorks motion examples are defined in combination with the cam rotary motor,and the cam profile is obtained through path tracking,to complete three-dimensional model design of the disc cam.SolidWorks 3D contact motion simulation calculation is applied to verify the accuracy of the cam profile,and MATLAB is used to complete motion analysis of the cam mechanism.
