摘 要:激光辅助TBM盘型滚刀破岩的过程涉及到机械应力和热应力的耦合作用,因此过程比较复杂,目前缺少相关的研究与仿真建模方法。针对此问题,对激光钻孔过程提出条件假设,基于该假设利用ABAQUS软件对激光钻孔模型进行建模与简化,分析激光热源照射下岩石温度场分布和岩石破碎过程。基于预测获得的激光孔尺寸,进一步模拟分析激光预钻孔条件下缩尺比例滚刀滚压破岩过程,并分析刀圈破岩过程,得到岩石破碎形貌和接触应力的变化规律。仿真得到的规律表明,刀圈刃底的应力变化在滚压破岩过程中形成了周期性循环。The process of rock breaking by disc cutters of the laser-assisted TBM involves the cou pling effect of mechanical stress and thermal stress,so the process is complicated,and currently,there is a lack of relevant research and simulation modelling methods.To ad dress this problem,a conditional assumption is proposed for the laser drilling process,based on which software ABAQUS is used to model and simplify the laser drilling model to analyze the temperature field distribution of the rock and the rock breaking process under the irradiation of the laser heat source.Based on the predicted laser hole size,further simulation and analysis of rock crushing and breaking process by scaled-down cutters under laser pre-drilling conditions are car ried out,and the rock breaking process of the cutter ring is analyzed to obtain the rock breaking morphology and the change law of the contact stress.The law obtained from the simulation shows that the stress changes at the bottom of the cutter ring edge form a peri odic cycle in the process of rock crushing and breaking.
