摘 要:以某重型货车的后下部防护装置为研究对象,根据GB 11567—2017确定其受到的冲击载荷。利用CAE软件进行有限元仿真,分析该后下部防护装置的吸能保护机制进行强度分析,根据设计薄弱点对初期设计的的薄弱点进行优化。确保最终设计结构能够满足防止后车“钻入”的要求,达到减少对驾驶员损害的效果。设计初期有效减少了设计时间,降低了设计成本。Taking the rear underrun protection device of a heavy-duty goods vehicle as the research object,the impact load to which it is subjected to is determined according to GB 115672017.Software CAE is used for finite element simulation to analyze the energy absorption protection mechanism of the rear underrun protection device for strength analysis,and the weak points of the initial design are optimized based on the design weaknesses.It is ensured that the final design structure can meet the requirements of preventing the rear vehicle from“getting in”to achieve the effect of reducing damage to the driver.It effective ly reduces the design time and design costs at the initial stage of the design.
