摘 要:以铁水运输车的悬挂机构为研究对象,根据车辆属性和作业特点建立了数学参数模型,实现了悬挂机构的优化布局设计。通过建立重载工况条件下悬挂机构的动力学数学模型,获得液压缸伸缩过程中的受载变化情况,确定液压缸的规格参数。依据动力学仿真结果对悬挂机构的悬架和摆动臂进行有限元分析,得到其总体应力分布情况,并确保悬挂机构的安全和可靠性,为铁水运输车电驱动技术的进一步优化设计和研究提供参考。Taking the suspension mechanism of the molten iron ladle car as the research ob ject,a mathematical parameter model is established based on the car attributes and operational characteristics,and the optimal layout design of the suspension mechanism is realized.By establishing a dynamics mathematical model of the suspension mechanism under heavy load conditions,the load changes during the expansion and con traction process of the hydraulic cylinder are obtained,and the specification parameters of the hydraulic cylinder are determined.Based on the dynamics simulation results,finite element analysis is carried out on the suspension and swing boom of the suspen sion mechanism to obtain its overall stress distribution and ensure the safety and reli ability of the suspension mechanism,which provides a reference for further optimization design and research of electric drive technol ogy for molten iron ladle cars.
