摘  要:在转运车进行长时间耐久性考核时,在其平移传动机构上布置振动信号采集系统,收集转运车平移传动机构在转运车连续考核时的振动数据,收集到的振动数据中包含联轴器没有磨损和联轴器出现磨损两种状态时的状态信息。为了找到能够表征联轴器磨损状态的特征参数,对两种状态的振动信号进行对比分析,首先对得到的振动信号求取自相关系数,找到振动信号的周期;再对振动信号进行连续小波时频分析找出信号周期对应的主要频率范围,根据主要频率范围对振动信号进行高通滤波,引入声发射信号主要特征参数,分析滤波后得到的时域信号;最终,找到联轴器磨损振动数据特征参数为频率在1 100~1 400 Hz范围内时域信号的能量计数与持续时间。为后续转运车平移传动机构健康状态监测分析提供重要的数据支撑。During the long-time durability test of a transfer car,a vibration signal acquisition system is arranged on its translational drive mechanism to collect the vibration data of the translational drive mechanism during the continuous test of the transfer car,and the collected vibration data contains the state in formation of the coupling in two states,with or without wear.To find the characteristic parameters that can characterize the coupling wear state,the vibration signals of the two states are compared and analyzed.Firstly,the autocorrelation coefficient of the obtained vibration signals is calculated to find the cy cle of the vibration signals.Then,continuous wavelet time-frequency analysis is carried out on the vibration signals to identify the main frequency range corresponding to the vibration signal cycle,high-pass filtering is performed on the vibration signals according to the main frequency range,the main char acteristic parameters of the acoustic emission signals are introduced,and the time-domain signals after filtering are analyzed.Finally,it is found that the characteristic parameters of coupling wear vibration data are the energy counts and durations of the time-domain signals with a frequency ranging from 1100 to 1400 Hz.It provides important data sup port for the subsequent health monitoring and analysis of the translational drive mechanism of transfer cars.
